Private Suites:

The Bunkaroo Suite represents two shared ranch memberships and consists of two bedrooms, full kitchen and living area.  It can accomodate up to 8 people.  It comes with adjacent stall number one that has a turnout paddock.  It also comes with stall three which is beside stall one.  This private unit will not be in the guest quarter membership rotation.  The Price is $58,000.

The Cowboy Roost represents 3 shared ranch memberships and consists of 3 rooms (Buffalo Bill, Buckin’ Chute and Rhinestone Rooms) along with a full bath and living/kitchen area.  This suite can accomodate up to 7 people.  This suite comes with stall two which has a turnout paddock, stall four and stall six.  These stalls are grouped together for convenience.  This private unit will not be in the guest quarter rotation.  The Price is $79,000.
