WARNING

Under Alabama law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an

injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks

of equine activities, pursuant to the Equine Activities Liability Protection Act.

Primitive Camping including Hiking, Swimming, Fishing: 

$10.00 per person, per day; $5.00 Kids 12 and Under

Hiking, Swimming, Fishing For a Single Day Visit:  $10.00 per person

Bunk Room Fees: 

$75/Day Single Queen Bed for 2 People; $95 for Room w/2 Queen Beds for 4 People; $15 Per Additional Person

Weekly Rate   $360.00 Per Room; Up to 2 People, $35/per additional person

Additional Costs:

One Time Clean Up Fee    $15.00 Per Room for Single Night Stay                 

All Applicable Taxes Apply   7% Lodging on Room Rate

Deposit at Time of Booking is 25% of Total Cost.  It is refundable less a $25 processing fee with a 24 hour cancellation notice; or you can use your bucks toward a future activity here at the ranch. 

Pet Friendly Policy – Leashed dogs allowed in designated guest quarters for a $10 fee per pet.

Horse Back Riding

Unguided Rides:  $15.00 day/per person on your own horse; $25/Weekend

Stall Rental: $20.00 per night/self care for a stall with a turnout paddock  (1 horse per stall)

                   $15.00 per night/self care for a stall without a turnout paddock (1 horse per stall)

                   $30.00 per night/ranch care for a stall with turnout paddock (1 horse per stall)

                   $15.00 per night for pasture paddock/2 horses/self care; $5.00 each additional horse per night

                    $5.00 per horse to picket

Trailers/Campers with Electric & Water Hook-up:  $25.00 per night
